It acts in a complementary way toImmigration Regulations (Royal Decree 210/2024)While the Regulation establishes the ordinary channels, this extraordinary measure seeks to provide legal certainty to situations of irregularity consolidated before the end of 2025.


WHO CAN BENEFIT?

To successfully obtain this authorization, applicants must strictly comply with the established criteria of permanence and legality:



  1. Continuous Stay: You must prove a stay in Spanish territory of at least five months prior to December 31, 2025.
  2. Residency Cutoff Date: To have resided continuously in Spain prior to December 31, 2025.
  3. Applicants for International Protection: Those who have formalized their asylum application before December 31, 2025, will be able to take advantage of this process to obtain a fully stable residence and job.
  4. No criminal record: According to the Organic Law 4/2000 (Immigration Law), it is an essential requirement not to have a criminal record in Spain or in their countries of origin for crimes provided for in the Spanish legal system.


WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES?
