This type of permit is granted to foreigners who have resided in Spain for a considerable time, for at least 3 years, and have established social ties.

Requirements:

  1. Stay in SpainTo have resided in Spain continuously for at least three years. Continuity is interrupted if the foreigner has been outside the country for more than 120 days in total during the three years.
  2. Integration tests: Submit a social integration report issued by the Autonomous Community or the City Council of the place of residence that certifies the integration of the applicant.
  3. Employment contract: Have a signed employment contract with the employer for a minimum of one year. The contract must be for full-time work. In some cases, multiple contracts totaling at least 30 hours per week may be accepted.
  4. No criminal record: Not having a criminal record in Spain, in the country of origin, or in any other country where one has resided during the last five years.

This type of permit is granted to foreigners who have been in Spain and have maintained a significant employment relationship.

Requirements:

  1. Stay in Spain: Having resided in Spain continuously for at least two years.
  2. Evidence of employment relationship: Provide proof of an employment relationship of at least 6 months. Supporting document confirming the employment relationship.

This permit is granted to foreigners who have direct family ties with Spanish citizens or legal residents in Spain..

Requirements:

  1. Relationship: Being the father or mother of a minor of Spanish nationality or being the child of a father or mother who were originally Spanish.
  2. Documentation: Prove the family relationship through birth certificates, marriage certificates or other official documents that prove the family relationship.
